A weak and very friendly (for the opponents) home court seems to be having the Strovolos team this season. Kostas Papaelllinas Arena has already suffered 5 defeats (out of the seven teams) after losing from Omonoia Nicosia last night the most crucial defeat of the season, and a defeat that is “forcing” the Strovolos team to end up the regular season from the second spot and as the first top was sealed by AEK Larnakas!!

The team of Coach Christoforos Leivadiotis lost in Strovolos from AEL Limassol, (67-68), AEK Larnakas (95-100), APOEL (74-87), Apollon Limassol (76-82) and last night from Omonoia with 89-92)

So the 5 of 7 teams were able this season to beat Keravnos at Strovolos, a home court which once upon a time not even Zalgiris Kaunas could beat…….!!!!
